BLUE DIAMOND LUNCH – CHRISTMAS 2025
The Blue Diamond Club is holding its Christmas lunch at The Bristol Pavilion, Gloucestershire Cricket Club on the 18th December. For those who may not know about our organisation, we were set up 9 years ago with the aim of fostering the spirit of Fellowship and Goodwill among retired supporters of Bristol Rovers Football Club and to promote social activities such as luncheons for retired supporters, their families and friends.
This is an enjoyable and fun way to enjoy a social event, catch up with friends, indeed make new friends and help us via a raffle to donate funds to worthy charities. This time we are supporting Operation Community Hamper, a project started in 2020 by Charlotte Churchill in her front room working with 19 families. Proving such a success, Operation Community Hamper became a registered charity helping over 1200 families with the emphasis on Christmas Hampers and gifts for whole families. Charlotte and her volunteer helpers deserve our support for the valuable work they undertake and Charlotte will be telling us more.
